Teucrium

A shrub native to Europe and North Africa, with square stems covered in a white powdery coating. The evergreen leaves are glossy green with a lighter underside, oval-shaped, and 3-4 cm long. It blooms from mid-April to September with light blue or pink flowers, depending on the variety. It also grows well in dry soils, tolerates pruning, pollution, and salt, and is used in hedges and shrubbery.
