Sorbus aucuparia
Tree native to Europe, Asia Minor, and North Africa, with a branched base and rounded crown. Leaves 15-22 cm long made up of 12-16 toothed leaflets. Flowers bloom in May-June in clusters of white flowers, while the fruits are light red and highly attractive to birds. Hardy but prefers rich soils. Used for planting in mountainous and hilly areas of Europe due to its sparse and not too bulky crown and its cold resistance.
