Sciadopitys

Conifer native to Japan, sometimes formed by multiple trunks, with a conical or irregular crown. Beautiful evergreen and succulent needles, bright green and arranged in a rosette. Requires moist, light, well-drained, acidic or neutral soils. Very sensitive to drought.
