Santolina rosmarinifolia

Perennial shrub native to the Mediterranean with a compact crown and evergreen green cylindrical leaves. It blooms from July to August with round light yellow flowers. It grows in light soils and is used in rock gardens, borders, and to decorate flower boxes.
