Santolina chamaecyparisuss
Subshrub native to the western Mediterranean with a compact crown and evergreen silvery-white cylindrical leaves. It blooms from June to August with bright yellow pom-pom flowers. It requires well-drained, light soils but also grows in dry ones. Used for borders and decorations in pots and planters.
