Rosmarinus officinalis

Typical shrub of Mediterranean areas with twisted branches. Needle-like leaves 2-4 cm long, bluish-green on top and gray underneath, along the entire branch, which are a fundamental part of culinary aromas. It blooms in spring-summer with blue flowers, highly sought after by bees. It also grows in dry calcareous soils and in full sun exposures.
