Plumbago
Shrub native to South Africa, climbing and with woody stems, which can reach up to 3 meters if supported. Evergreen, elongated, light green leaves. It blooms from June to October with umbrella-shaped terminal clusters made up of numerous blue flowers. It grows in all well-drained soils and requires heavy pruning as it blooms on new branches. Also available in the "Alba" variety, with white flowers.
