Pinus sylvestris 'Watereri'
Conifer with a conical and dense crown. Tough needles 4-6 cm long, green-gray in color. Mature specimens produce hanging brown cones, oval in shape and 4-6 cm long. Grows well even in dry and sandy soils, resistant to drought and pollution. When grown as a small tree, it is used as a solitary element among low conifers; planted in the ground, it can also become a garden bonsai.
