Picea pungens 'Glauca Globosa'
Dwarf conifer with a crown initially sparse, then dense and rounded, widening. The needles are silver blue. Hardy, but prefers loose and fresh soils, resistant to drought and urban pollution. Used in rock gardens and planters, or in compositions with other low plants if trained as a small tree.
