Persea americana Half Standard

Origin: Central America, but widespread and cultivated for its fruits in many other countries. Semi-evergreen tree, with lovely lanceolate, coriaceous, deep green leaves. Fruits shaped like a large pear, light yellow or green or brownish-red, depending on the variety. Yellowishgreen pulp, buttery, perfumed, around a large stone. Thrives easily in pots.
