Koelreuteria paniculata 'Coral Sun' Standard
Has the habit and the botanical characteristics of the species, and is equally rustic and frugal, but provides a splendid display of colour, bright enough to rival the best maples. In spring, the young leaves are pinkish-red when they appear, turning light green in summer, creating a nice contrast with the bright red stems. In autumn, the leaves turn yellow and then take on a beautiful orange tinge before dropping. Excellent for small gardens.
