Draceana draco Bush
Origin: The Canary Islands. Evergreen, initially shrubby later becoming a densely branched tree which looks like an upturned umbrella. Leaves are 30-60cm long, linear-lanceolate, thorny at the end, bright green. In summer the adult plant produces long terminal panicles of greenish flowers, followed by reddish-orange fruit.
