Cotinus coggygria
Shrub native to central and southern Europe, with ascending branches. The deciduous leaves are blue-green in spring, bright yellow and red in autumn. The flowers are abundant and appear in June-July, bright pink in color, gathered in silky panicles. It has no soil requirements, is drought-resistant, tolerates high temperatures and pollution. It is used alone or in groups to form mixed hedges.
