Cedrus atlantica 'Compacta'

Small evergreen conifer native to Italy, with a dense, rounded crown. The evergreen needles are dark green, sharp, and 0.5 to 1 cm long. It tolerates some formative pruning and has the same soil requirements as C. atlantica.
