Carissa grandiflora 'Tuttlei'

Small evergreen shrub native to South Africa, with drooping, spiny branches, used as ground cover or climber. The leaves are bright green, oval, and tough; the flowers are star-shaped, white, very fragrant, and the fruits are purplish red.
