Aspidistra elatior

Native to China, an evergreen rhizomatous plant with elongated dark green leaves that are very resilient. The flowers are dark purple, located on the lower part of the plant. It does not require excessive care and tolerates lack of light, growing well both in pots and in the ground, indoors and outdoors.
