Aronia melanocarpa (Aronia nigra, Sorbus melanocarpa)

Native to North America, it is a bushy deciduous shrub. The leaves are large, dark green in spring and red in autumn, the flowers are numerous and followed by black fruits in spring. Very resistant to cold climates, it grows in all soil types.
