Acer griseum

Originating from China. Tree or large shrub with peeling bark. The trilobed leaves are dark green, up to 10 cm long, and turn orange or scarlet red in autumn. The yellow flowers are gathered in pendulous racemes in spring. It grows best on acidic and fresh soils.
