Aucuba

Species of hardy evergreen shrubs, native to East Asia. Very resistant to drought, pollution, wind, and temporary absence of light due to being placed indoors or under the canopy of a tree. They suffer greatly from cold. They decorate hedges, terraces, and winter gardens.
